Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented AVP Platform Capabilities to join our Digital Marketing Operations team. This role involves working closely with Product Owners to enhance and support the platform capabilities that drive our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with technology squads to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Product Road mapping & Strategy Support – Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and collaborating with internal teams.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with stakeholder teams to drive successful platform capability development and launches.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation – Gather product requirements through stakeholder communication and translate them into user stories or technical specifications.
- Product Capability Launch Support – Support the execution of new capabilities and coordinate product launches.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization – Analyze product performance metrics to guide improvements and inform future iterations.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training – Communicate updates and provide training or product materials to internal/external stakeholders.
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience – 3‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related field, with a focus on product management or business analysis.
- Analytical & Technical Skills – Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau); ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Soft Skills – Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness – Familiarity with financial services domains (e.g., payments, wealth management) and regulatory considerations.
NY – Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and sponsored benefit programs.
NJ – Salary range for the position: $85,000–$140,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus.
