We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect with a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership skills to design scalable BI solutions and mentor a team of BI developers.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Implement data integration and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to BI developers
• Stay current with emerging BI/Analytics technologies, industry trends, and best practices

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and Copilot, including report/dashboard design and data modeling
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring BI teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
• Experience integrating BI solutions with applications and external data sources

• Microsoft PL-300 Certification (Required)
