Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC) to join their team. As a Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC), you will be part of the Compliance Technology Department supporting the Messaging Compliance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC)
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Pay Range: Best in the segment on W2
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain messaging compliance platforms to meet regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and deploy Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks for messaging and email systems.
- Configure, test, and manage Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for secure archiving and retention of messages.
- Integrate messaging compliance solutions with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg.
- Coordinate complex migrations, ensuring adherence to security, change control, and regulatory standards while communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, including archiving, encryption, and compliance policy management.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance principles.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and MSSQL database management.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and compliance services, along with proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Office Suite.
