Title: AEM BA

Location: NY/NJ OR Tampa, FL - HYBRID

Role Summary

Adobe AEM Business Analyst

Bridge business and technology: drive discovery, capture functional requirements, and translate into component/page specifications, authoring rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria aligned to AEM capabilities.

• Discovery & Requirements
  :
  Run workshops; capture page types and component needs (e.g., landing, tiles, browse/search); clarify MSM implications (global vs local content).
• Produce functional specifications (fields, validations, variants), authoring playbooks, and acceptance criteria aligned to the component library.
• Governance & Content Operations
  :
  Define permission models, workflow steps, and content governance per business unit/locale; support taxonomy and tagging standards.
• Coordinate with marketing/product/design to align experiences with business outcomes; maintain traceability.
• Collaboration
  :
  Partner with Architect/Lead during SDD; support QA in UAT planning; assist in author training and documentation.

• 6–10+ years as Business Analyst on web/AEM; strong CMS authoring concepts; excellent communication and global collaboration skills.
