Core Tech Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Core Tech Analyst to join the Core Banking Platform Design Center of Excellence (COE).

This role is responsible for overseeing and designing optimal technology solutions for the Core Banking Platform, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and customer-centric experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core banking systems, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to lead requirement elicitation and solution design in a collaborative environment.

• Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and drive the design and implementation of technology solutions within the customer domain and associated platforms.
• Ensure technical solutions deliver on business outcomes and align with the bank’s technology strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
• Promote customer-centric design and industry best practices in all solution development.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT specialists, ensuring consistent design patterns across changes.
• Conduct risk assessments on technical designs, evaluating metrics such as technical risk, debt, performance, security, scalability, and fitness for purpose.
• Monitor and oversee designed changes through deployment and operational phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology solution design, architecture, and project management within banking or financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with core banking systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks and principles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Portuguese (Spanish preferred).
