PowerBI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI
, strong data modeling skills, and experience working with large datasets and complex business requirements.

• Design & Development:
  • Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Create and maintain data models
    , DAX calculations
    , and Power Query transformations
    .
• Data Integration:
  • Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Azure, APIs, Excel, etc.).
  • Implement ETL processes and optimize data refresh strategies.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Ensure reports and dashboards are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and performance.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts for seamless data integration.
• Governance & Security:
  • Implement row-level security
    , manage work spaces, and follow best practices for data governance.
• Advanced Analytics:
  • Utilize advanced DAX functions and Power BI features for predictive and trend analysis.
• Documentation & Training:
  • Document processes, data models, and provide training to end-users.

• Technical Expertise:
  • 8–10 years of experience in BI development, with at least 5+ years in Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX
    , Power Query (M language), and data modeling
    .
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Cloud & Integration:
  • Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.
