• Manage an o9 platform with business requirements solutioning, design, and hands-on implementation work
• Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to deployment
• Map business requirements into o9 platform, develop phased achievable blueprints, lead blueprinting sessions, and document key design decisions and data dependencies
• Collaborate with experts to configure solutions addressing deep operations supply chain problems and establish performance monitoring processes
• Work with customers to resolve issues, track defects, and analyze resolutions
• Improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by liaising with development and operations teams
• Assist in customer demonstrations, identify key input areas, and incorporate necessary resources
• Require end-to-end o9 implementation experience and relevant certifications
• Manufacturing domain background is preferred
