Job Description- 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the Service Now platform.
- 4+ years of experience with Service Now development with a focus on integrations.
- Understanding of Service Now data model, tables and relationships.
- Extensive experience with Service Now integration solutions including:
Service Now API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP. - Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Power Shell.
- Experience with Service Now Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation.
- Knowledge of Service Now orchestration for automating IT processes.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques.
- Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB.
- Good knowledge and experience with Service Now CSDM framework.
- Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.
- Familiarity with Service Now Performance Analytics.
- Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On‑Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs.
- Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting the current state.
