The VP, Authentication Senior Manager will provide overall leadership and oversee the company’s workforce authentication service function. This role reports to the Global Head of Authentication (Identity and Access Management) and requires extensive background in IAM strategy, architecture, and engineering, expert knowledge in authentication services for both internal workforce and customers.

• Plan and execute the delivery of Authentication services.
• Lead design and development of Authentication solutions that enforce security policies and access management requirements.
• Build, configure, and architect authentication platforms like Okta, Ping, and Azure, including SSO, registration, identity proofing, MFA, and password resets.
• Integrate Authentication services with broader security solutions such as Identity & Access Governance, Privileged Access, and Cybersecurity services.
• Define, enhance, and oversee enterprise-wide authentication processes and controls.
• Oversee development of technical authentication solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Define business requirements for integration with in-house and third‑party applications for provisioning and access requests.
• Represent IAM on technology projects, regulatory reviews, and audits.
• Communicate business risks and technical challenges to stakeholders.
• Drive customer focused, results oriented, innovation, and process optimization.

• 10+ years overall experience in cybersecurity and IAM.
• 10+ years supporting IAM business processes (Identity Governance, Privileged Access, Access Administration, MFA, Directory Services).
• 8+ years production support of IAM business processes.
• 8+ years technical expertise in systems, infrastructure, and IAM tools.
• 8+ years experience with authentication products such as Azure AD, Active Directory, MFA, SSO and related standards.
• 8+ years experience with PAM business processes.
• Experience managing relationships with third‑party service providers.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• 8+ years regulatory experience (SOX, SOC1, NYDFS, PCI, MAS, NIST, ITIL).
• 5+ years managing 20+ resources in a matrixed environment.
• 5+ years integrating applications with IAM solutions.
• 5+ years hands‑on with SailPoint, Okta, Ping, Quest, Active Directory, AWS, Azure, Service Now.
• Experience with web technologies XML, SOAP, HTML.
• Experience with platforms such as Azure AD, ADFS, Windows, Linux, AWS, Oracle, MySQL.
• Knowledge of cryptography.
• 5+ years with IaaS, SaaS, PaaS.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with SIEM (Splunk) and Dev Ops tools.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 security operations.

Estimated salary: $140,000 to $180,000. Eligible for discretionary bonus and benefits.
