Application Development manager

We are looking for an IT Manager with strong hands-on technology implementation experience and experience as a Product Owner (PO) in Agile SAFE / Scrum methodologies. The Manager of Applications Development and Support will work with leadership and peers to oversee the development and day-to-day support of IPC's business-critical application solutions. This includes web and mobile application development following Agile SDLC, managing incidents to resolution, handling service requests, and ensuring operational readiness of new system functionalities.

The role is particularly responsible for managing teams supporting business operations and service delivery applications. The candidate is expected to apply business acumen to drive value.
