Candidate can be a US citizen, Green Card holder and H1b.

In this role we are looking for a candidate that is capable of working the IT and business subject matter experts. Must have an in-depth knowledge of system lifecycle methodologies and be proficient with process mapping and strategies such as SIPOC to get clarity on critical requirements. Candidate must be able to lead the process with stakeholders, convey concepts and specifics to the developers and testers.

Candidate will serve in the place of the subject matter experts after requirements are documented and prior to the use acceptance test. Must be a strong willed BA.

• Candidate will be required to engage with IT and Business area subject matter experts.
• Investigate and document as necessary existing processes in support of authoring requirements.
• Creation of Business Requirement Documents.
• As necessary create functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create User Acceptance Test Plan and Test Scripts.
• Manage process and schedule associated with delivering timely documentation.

• 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, practices and functional units.
• Manage specific deliverables and commitments according to established project schedule.
