Job Description

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming.
• Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
• Collaborate with Technology leads and architects on product enhancement requirements and troubleshooting when product issues arise.
• Support, analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics/KPIs/analytics.

• Proven track record in building cloud-based platforms, APIs, and SaaS products in financial services or banking firms.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and support user experience research as required.
