Project Manager III is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process to acquire aУР-qualified managed services provider for Enterprise IT Operations.

• Develop and document a comprehensive RFP covering IT Service Tower Specifications, Service Desk operations, End‑User Computing, Server & Storage, Database Management, and integration with the Service Now platform.
• Define detailed resource specifications for on‑site personnel, including required skill sets, certifications, minimum experience levels, coverage hours, shift requirements, onboarding, and transition procedures.
• Establish Service Level Agreements, performance metrics, KPIs, reporting cadence, escalation procedures, penalty structures, and service‑credit mechanisms tied to SLA violations.
• Create a scalable personnel‑addition framework that includes a return‑process for additional resources, rate‑card structures for various skill levels, ramp‑up time frames, and knowledge‑transfer requirements.
• Integrate Service Now requirements, covering current configuration documentation, API integration, data‑migration mapping, reporting Fung dashboarding, customization, and enhancement capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder interactions: conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, present RFP drafts, incorporate feedback from IT leadership, operations, and finance, and obtain executive sign‑off.
• Build the RFP timeline and milestone schedule; develop vendor evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies; draft vendor communication templates; coordinate pre‑proposal conferences; manage proposal submission; lead evaluation and vendor selection; negotiate contracts; and prepare recommendation documentation.
• Provide vendor evaluation support by developing an evaluation matrix; coordinate review sessions; facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations; support technical due diligence; and negotiate contract terms.

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience writing RFPs for IT managed services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management.
• Experience with the Service Now platform and managed‑service integrations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Compliance with relevant industry standards (HIPAA, PCI‑DSS where applicable).

• Service Now certification (CSA, CIS, or similar).
• ITIL certification.
• ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale IT outsourcing transitions.
• Knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Background in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
