Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Technology department supporting network infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid-3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

• Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, hardware deployments, and connectivity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using Jira and standard project management tools.
• Drive project governance activities, including status reporting, risk/issue management, financial tracking, and adherence to enterprise change-management processes.
• Partner with network engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination within Jira.

• 5+ years of project management experience within large-scale technology or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking, dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, cabling, data centers, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team technical initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
