Lead Business Analyst

8+ years of Capital Markets experience with good understanding of business and technologies flows and stake holder management.

Very good documentation and communications skills. Jira/Confluence: very good understanding; project and stakeholder management skills.

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as sql, python, or r.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
