Senior Snowflake & Python Developer

Location - New Jersey, US - Onsite

Pay Rate : $50/hr - $53/hr

Duration : 26 W

Person should be available to work in person from New Jersey, US

• Snowflake DB Developer with expertise in python pandas, Snowpark, snowflake-connect, oracledb, mssql
• Very good client handling experience with able to advise for multiple projects
• Able to use orchestration tool like Apache Airflow
• Experience in Snow SQL, Snow Pipes, Streams, Views, Procedures, performance tuning, CDC and Dynamic Tables
• Exposure to Time travel, data movement between Snowflake to other RDBMS and vice versa
• Experienced in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Real time or Near real time setups using Kafka with Snowpipe
• Knowledge of DBT is a plus
• Knowledge on CI/CD using Jenkins/Bamboo
• Experience in Agile/Scrum based project executions
• Very good SQL expertise in Joins, Analytical functions
• Good to have Cloud knowledge on AWS services like S3, Lambda, Athena or Blob
• Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience and skilled in Snowflake DB, with hands on exposure to Cloud environment - preferably AWS and expert in Python
• Strong in python including libraries for pandas, boto3, snowpark
• Should have knowledge of Real time or Near real time setups using Kafka with Snowpipe
• Experience in Agile/Scrum based project executions
• Very good SQL expertise in Joins, Analytical functions
• Exposure to Time travel, data movement between Snowflake to other RDBMS and vice versa
