We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage test systems involving R&S, Anritsu, and Keysight technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cellular (2G/3G/4G/5G), GNSS, Bluetooth, and WiFi technologies, along with expertise in log analysis and functional testing and a comprehensive understanding of GCF and PTCRB wireless certification processes. This role requires hands‑on experience in executing test cases and managing multiple customer projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead and manage projects related to test systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of test cases in R&S, Anritsu, Keysight, and Starpoint TE setups, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
• Conduct log analysis for test setups to identify issues and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project test schedules for customer devices, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including test plans, reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project‑management best practices and technical skills.

• Proven track record in scheduling test requests for multiple customer devices with 100% of TE utilization.
• Extensive experience handling test systems from R&S, Anritsu, Keysight, and Starpoint.
• Strong knowledge of Cellular, GNSS, Bluetooth, and WiFi technologies.
• Expertise in log analysis for test setups.
• Hands‑on experience in device testing.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Lab testing experience.

• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC project‑management methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project management, specifically in device test systems and functional testing.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
