We are seeking a Technology Lead - SFDC for a full-time, permanent position located in CA, CO, IL, WI, TX, NJ, or CT.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations, with skills in Apex, Visual Force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.
• Good understanding of CPQ area, with certification in APTTUS-like CPQ products a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of any CPQ package.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with a minimum of 3 years of experience on the Salesforce  platform, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
• Thorough understanding of the development life cycle, including Salesforce deployment and packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant.
• Knowledge of best practices in coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce integration, and security implementations.
• Experience with  integration technologies, such as web services and 3rd party tools like Cast Iron/Boomi, to integrate with on-premise systems like Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.
• Complete understanding of governor limits.
• Ability to implement SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Experience developing web services classes on the  platform and WSDL generation.
• Skilled in writing Apex classes, Visual Force pages, Apex triggers, controllers, and JQueries to implement complex business requirements.
• Fluent in SOSL and SOQL workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, and AJAX tool kit.
• Ability to migrate customizations from Sandbox to Production environment.
• Experience customizing reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
• Ability to be flexible with change and work closely within a team environment.
• Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 certification a plus.
• SOAP implementation of APIs, both Enterprise and Partner WSDL.
• Single Sign On experience.
• Java experience a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and developing a technical strategy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce's latest product launches, including Wave Analytics and Lightning.
• Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Well-versed in configuration and customizations of objects.
• Analytical skills.
