EXL is seeking an accomplished analytics leader to guide the strategic evolution of our enterprise analytics function. In this role, you will define and operationalize the end-to-end analytics vision—driving data-informed decisions across product performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and growth initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team of Product Analysts and Data/BI Engineers, elevating analytical maturity while building scalable solutions that unlock measurable impact across the business.

You will collaborate closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Design, bringing structured problem solving, data storytelling, and deep domain understanding to every engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of modern analytics, data science techniques, and enterprise manufacturing processes—equally skilled at shaping strategy, architecting analytical solutions, and enabling BI-driven decision making across the organization.

• Own End-to-End Analytics Delivery:
  Lead the full lifecycle of analytical engagements—from problem framing and hypothesis development to analysis execution, insight generation, and client-ready recommendations.
• Guide and Develop Teams:
  Mentor junior analysts through hands-on coaching, structured feedback, and analytical guidance to ensure high-quality delivery and capability building.
• Partner with Clients:
  Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, clarify requirements, and co-create analytical solutions through structured discussions and working sessions.
• Structure Analytical Approaches:
  Define and shape analytical methodologies, modeling strategies, and workplans that align data, hypotheses, and business outcomes.
• Drive Insight Generation:
  Synthesize analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that directly connect conclusions to business objectives and original hypotheses.
• Solve Complex Problems Independently:
  Tackle ambiguous, data-intensive business problems with limited direction, applying structured thinking and advanced analytical techniques.
• Collaborate on Advanced Modeling:
  Partner with managers, data scientists, and modelers to design and review analytical and machine learning models.
• Manage Data at Scale:
  Work deeply with large, complex datasets—assessing data quality, integrating multiple sources, and proactively collaborating with client data and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Apply Advanced Analytics & AI:
  Utilize SQL, Python, and advanced techniques (regression, GLM, decision trees, machine learning, and AI) to drive rigorous analysis and defensible conclusions.
• Communicate with Clarity:
  Translate complex technical analyses into concise, compelling narratives for executive and client-facing presentations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field from a leading academic institution.
• 6–10+ years of experience in analytics delivery or management consulting, with a strong hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex, real-world business problems using advanced analytical and statistical techniques.
• Exposure to AI enablement initiatives and applied machine learning or NLP in production or enterprise environments preferred.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Python/PySpark and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI) and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to synthesize analytical outputs into clear, business-focused insights for senior stakeholders.
• Prior experience in management consulting or analytics‑led consulting environments strongly preferred.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
