Test Architect – Insurance Domain

• 14+ years’ experience in Testing & Test Automation, multiple tools, account opening, excellent communication skills
• Selenium 8+ years, script‑less tools experience, framework creation with Java
• 2+ years’ experience with TOSCA or Worksoft; MABL good to have
• Test Automation assessment and gap analysis, identify gaps and propose solutions
• Responsible for preparing analysis documents, planning, designing regression strategy, team management & client communications
• Lead team of 10+ automation engineers and devise testing strategy/automation testing strategy
• Create plans to implement automation/automation framework for multi‑application account
• Understands end‑to‑end Dev Ops pipeline and tools like Git, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Maven and other Dev Ops tools
• Security, performance & other automation tools knowledge good to have
• Integrate test automation framework into Dev Ops pipeline
• Create test and regression strategies
• Architected automation for GUI, API, data and databases
• Pick up new tools and propose as needed, Automation tool consulting
• Technical SPOC based onsite for Automation framework continuous test process & DSO integrations
• Has played account opening role and can lead team
