Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re seeking a highly experienced QA Analyst with 8+ years of software testing background across manual and automated domains, including Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, and mainframe legacy systems.

• Develop and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex, front-to-back workflows.
• Build and maintain automation in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Design, validate, and test data‑migration flows from mainframe to distributed tiers.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Dev Ops and Operations teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define test roadmaps, metrics/KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, automation percentage) and continuously improve them.
• Prioritize risk‑based testing and drive coverage decisions using data insights.
• Translate technical test results into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in scrum/kanban ceremonies, providing feedback on scope, timelines and acceptance criteria.

• 8+ years of software testing experience, with deep hands‑on work in both manual and automated frameworks.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium and API testing tools (Insomnia, Postman).
• Hands‑on experience with legacy mainframe systems and data migration testing.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab CI) and automation of regression suites.
• Experience with test management platforms (Test Rail, qTest) and defect‑tracking tools (JIRA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and balance individual priorities with overall test strategy.

• Risk‑based testing and metrics definition.
• Experience with modern API testing and microservices.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
