We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Data Migration and Governance Consultant to join our client’s team on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses on providing strategic guidance on data migration, data governance, and business transformation for clients implementing or optimizing SAP S/4

HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, data strategy development, and aligning data initiatives with business objectives, rather than hands-on technical configuration or development.

• Provide high-level strategic advice on SAP S/4
  
  HANA data migration strategies, including planning, execution, and validation.

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations.

• Collaborate with client leadership to align data migration and governance strategies with enterprise-wide business and IT objectives.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define data requirements, governance policies, and strategic objectives.

• Advise on data-related processes in functional areas such as finance, supply chain, or procurement, focusing on strategy and optimization.

• Support organizational readiness assessments and change management initiatives related to data transformation.

• Participate in client kickoff meetings and occasional on-site engagements (up to 25% travel).

• Experience:
  Proven consulting background with significant experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA data migration and governance roles (e.g., SAP S/4
  
  HANA Data Migration Consultant, Data Governance Consultant, or Advisory Consultant).

• Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA data capabilities, focusing on data migration, data governance, and strategic data planning.

• Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and present complex data strategies clearly.

• Location:
  Based in Central or Eastern Time Zones; candidates in New York or New Jersey preferred.

• Citizenship:
  Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

• Travel:
  Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%, primarily for client kickoffs).

• Nice-to-Have:
  Experience in change management, data architecture, or program management within SAP S/4
  
  HANA projects.
