Hybrid role, must work onsite in Jersey City 3 days/week

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Use data to create features and analytics for internal Data Services clients to construct portfolios, manage risk and improve operational and execution efficiencies; help regulators identify systemic risks; while advancing innovative approaches and methods that allow for greater transparency across markets.
  • Continuously seek internal and external client feedback to ensure all partners are advised of what is needed to deliver a product to market and ensure innovation.
  • Collaborate with other researchers and commercial product managers covering each asset class to define client use cases/needs with the goal of developing a future roadmap and portfolio of analytics data products.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, data wranglers, and data science professionals through the quantitative research life cycle from data discovery to model development and maintenance for a portfolio of sophisticated analytical data products.
  • Determine quarterly objective key results that will drive product strategy forward and meet overall business objectives prioritizing opportunities to produce maximum customer and business value.
    • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Data Analytics and Statistical Knowledge.
  • Experience or Education in Machine Learning.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and ML-related frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL (Snowflake preferred).
  • Experience in Data Visualization.
  • Knowledge of capital markets preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills – able to communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
