The Research & Innovation Program Manager – Senior Associate will lead the orchestration of initiatives to drive the comprehensive adoption of emerging technologies across DTCC and ensure the successful oversight and delivery of projects within the TRI portfolio.

• Enterprise Enablement:
  Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies.
• Project Portfolio Reporting:
  Track the entire innovation portfolio, resource allocation, budget, progress tracking and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation.
• Adoption and Training:
  Develop and implement effective communication strategies and conduct training sessions.
• Performance Measurement:
  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of innovation projects.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment.
• Content and Communication:
  Develop clear and engaging content to communicate benefits of emerging technologies.

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in managing Agile projects using Jira.
• Experience collaborating with globally dispersed project teams.
• Experience managing and delivering projects using AI and emerging technology (Digital Assets, Blockchain, etc.) is preferred.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on role, location, experience, skills and other considerations.
