Role DescriptionThe Global Digital Commerce team is looking for a Digital Strategy Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel marketing and product initiatives. You will lead the charge in enhancing our digital analytics capabilities, forecasting, measuring, and optimizing campaigns, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional Heads of Digital, Finance, marketing, and channel leads to understand performance drivers.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools, supporting key users.
- Own performance reporting, prepare business cases for tool and website investments, and conduct post‑implementation analysis.
- Assess media spend effectiveness and recommend cross‑channel investment optimizations.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
- Create dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models across digital channels using CRM, web analytics, and campaign platforms.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure strategies are scalable, culturally relevant, and aligned with regional market needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, answering data-related questions and guiding strategy decisions with a data‑first mindset.
- Review promotions through a commercial lens, evaluating effectiveness, duration, depth, profitability, and reach of acquisition strategies and CRM‑led coupons.
- Play a key role in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), answering questions quickly to drive action and decision‑making.
- Support the Business Intelligence team to develop and enhance the internal Power BI reporting suite and engage external media agencies and vendors as needed.
- Identify opportunities for Artificial Intelligence integration and explore its benefits.
- Demonstrate excellent visualization and storytelling skills, contributing to key projects around customer segmentation and behavior tracking.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, delivering the “so what” to various stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and curious, with unparalleled problem‑solving skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, fast‑evolving sales environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Quick to respond and provide solutions to challenges, especially in the digital domain.
- 3+ years of analytical skill experience with strong Omnichannel marketing measurement.
- 3-5+ years of statistical analysis and modeling experience within complex projects (e.g., Multivariate Analysis, Clustering, ML techniques).
- Proficiency with SQL, SAS, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience in KPI and diagnostic metrics development.
- Experience presenting business insights and providing recommendations to leaders.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
