We’re seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 6‑8 years in Dev Ops engineering. You will play a central role in designing and evolving our enterprise‑scale CI/CD platform to support cloud‑native, secure, and highly automated software delivery. Leveraging tools like Git Hub, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Snyk, Nexus Repository Manager, ArgoCD, and Helm charts, you’ll build reusable automation frameworks, scalable pipelines, and self‑service capabilities.

Your mission is to modernize and deliver a future‑ready, cloud‑native Dev Ops platform that accelerates developer productivity, enforces security and compliance, and seamlessly scales from legacy on‑prem environments to cloud‑native architecture.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, SREs, security, and infrastructure teams to drive Dev Ops excellence across the enterprise. You should be a strong communicator and a true team player—comfortable partnering across diverse technology domains to deliver shared outcomes.

• Design and evolve enterprise‑grade CI/CD pipelines (as code) to enable secure, cloud‑native delivery.
• Modernize platforms by implementing next‑gen CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions) alongside existing Jenkins pipelines.
• Deliver reusable, modular templates and drive adoption of self‑service, standardized software delivery patterns across the enterprise.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code modules (Helm charts) for Kubernetes for repeatable and consistent environment provisioning.
• Implement Git Ops workflows with ArgoCD to enable repeatable, declarative, and consistent containerized application delivery.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules to automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and consistency across environments.

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise‑grade CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• Combine cloud‑native services with best‑in‑class Dev Ops tools to deliver secure, automated pipelines with observability and scalability.

• Integrate Sonar Qube, Snyk, and policy‑as‑code controls into pipelines to ensure security, quality, and compliance gates.
• Partner with security teams to embed vulnerability scanning and automated remediation workflows.

• Leverage AI/LLM tools to generate pipeline scripts and IaC templates.
• Use anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and self‑healing workflows to optimize reliability, reduce toil, and accelerate recovery.

• Collaborate with developers, SREs, platform engineers, security, and infrastructure teams to architect Dev Ops solutions and onboard applications into standardized pipelines.

Drive adoption of best practices through training, enablement, and hands‑on guidance.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 6‑8 years in Dev Ops engineering and CI/CD platform management.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with CI/CD platforms and tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub, ArgoCD, Sonar Qube, and Snyk.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and containerized application delivery leveraging Helm charts and Git Ops patterns.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, along with automation scripting skills in Python, Groovy, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Dev Sec Ops  practices, including policy‑as‑code, security scanning, and artifact governance.
• Solid knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
