Technical Account Manager – Spain
Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. invites experienced professionals to join the Technical Account Manager team. The role focuses on post‑sales support for global service customers and works closely with engineering, sales and service teams.
Responsibilities- Act as the main escalation point for service customers and collaborate with engineering, sales and production teams.
- Introduce the service program to customers, follow up on operations reviews and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Triage and resolve escalated issues from help desk and field engineers, driving resolution with engineering partners.
- Monitor assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow‑up on service cases and preventing gaps.
- Compile technical support documentation for training help desk and field engineers.
- Manage escalations, direct customers appropriately and visit customers to present service solutions.
- Plan and coordinate onsite integration activities and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
- Travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering/IT industry with strong background on x86 based products.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; detail‑oriented and punctual.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with Linux and virtualization is a plus.
$80,000 – $120,000 (dependent on location and experience). Candidates may also be eligible for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits.
