• Responsible for synthesizing and translating our data from all Neptune product lines into actionable insights.
• Manage increasingly complex and time‑sensitive reporting requirements from high opportunity growth clients such as Coke, Tim Hortons, Beiersdorf, Henkel, and Mars Pet.
• Bridge operations, sales enablement, and retail strategy by owning recurring and ad‑hoc analysis for clients within our region, enhancing internal and external reporting processes.
• Provide a higher‑level resource that prioritizes strategic planning and operational excellence to meet client needs.

• Manage reporting and in‑depth analysis for recurring and ad‑hoc reports relevant to client programs and reselling opportunities.
• Examples:
  Post Promotional Reporting, Monthly Digital Incentives deep dive reporting – pacing/forecasting, in‑store volume by period, revenue gaps in the region.
• Become an expert in our systems and build reporting dashboards with deep, relevant trend analysis to identify pipeline trends, track performance, and surface opportunities for upsell and growth.
• Translate complex datasets into concise visualizations and stories that connect data to client business outcomes.
• Support the Region lead to take action and drive relevant change at our clients.
