IT Business Analyst

Genesis
10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Develop and maintain forecast and funding reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas and advanced functions)
• Coordinate and track organization wide deliverables, compiling updates and reporting status to leadership
• Support meeting preparation, including scheduling, hosting, creating presentation materials, and capturing/distributing meeting minutes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and documentation
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player and work cooperatively with other stakeholders to further develop the organization
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to taking on a broad range of responsibilities
• Possess superior organizational and time management and flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements with varying volumes of work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, identify and solve problems, manage and meet deadlines, maintain a high quality of work and attention to detail whilst also remaining calm under pressure

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with project tracking and/or reporting tools
• Ability to create professional presentations in MS Power Point

$23.64 - $31.64
