This is a contract fully remote role, for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, performing comprehensive assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs. The role involves collaborating with patients and their families to address mental health and emotional challenges, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and providing therapeutic interventions. You will play a critical role in supporting client well-being and personal growth within a compassionate care setting.

• Valid LCSW license in one of the following states:
  New Jersey, Connecticut, or
  
  D.C
• Strong clinical skills in individual therapy, crisis management, and assessment
• Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Familiarity with applicable ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements
• Experience with telemedicine and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
• Master s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
