Overview
Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist —
Location:
New York & New Jersey (On-site, Full-time). Pay: $50–$55/hr (negotiable based on experience) + Full Benefits, Per Diem, Travel Expenses.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to support high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment to capture precise scan data
- Record and calculate radiation doses while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance and routine quality control
- Mentor and train new technologists as needed
- Maintain the mobile unit: organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Associate’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine
- NMTCB or ARRT certification (active and in good standing)
- State-specific nuclear medicine certification and BLS (both must be current)
- Experience in Nuclear Cardiology preferred
- RSO credentials a plus
