Join Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, recognized as a premier provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Registered Nurse, with a commitment of 24 hours per week, to support our Residential departments in Jersey City and Union City, NJ.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical and health assessments, along with medication monitoring for residents.
- Educate residents on health-related matters and medication management.
- Coordinate treatment plans and monitor adherence to prescribed therapies.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Document residents' status and progress accurately, completing all required program paperwork.
- Provide training to staff on medication-related issues to enhance team competency.
- Active R.N. License.
- Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Valid driver's license.
