Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $93,000–$116,000 annually, based on experience. Includes up to $15,000 sign-on bonus, student debt benefit program, and annual bonus plan.

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
• Holds a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development; facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences outcomes.
• Communicates with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehabilitation setting, including supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of state licensure requirements for Physical Therapy.
