NOT YOUR AVERAGE PT JOB! Exchange Physical Therapy Group (EPTG) is a small business with 5 locations in Hudson and Bergen Counties – Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, and Edgewater. We are NOT private equity‑backed, and we refuse to run our clinics like corporate mills. Our PTs aren’t drowning in 18‑20 patients a day and they are not looked at as just a license number.
Our PTs see an average of 9 patients a day, and once a patient roster is built, our PTs earn a lucrative bonus based on productivity – last year bonuses ranged from 10‑50% of a PT’s total salary.

What We Offer- Per Diem Rates: Any hour worked over 40 hours, compensated at $65/hour
