Senior Expense Analyst

The Senior Travel & Expense Analyst will manage corporate credit card activity and related invoices to ensure accurate intercompany allocations and fund billbacks. This role owns the quarterly GP reimbursement calculations by fund and serves as a key resource for travel and expense matters across the organization.

• Review credit card transactions and employee reimbursement requests within Corporate Travel Management software, ensuring proper entity allocation, GL coding, and compliance with internal policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations between Navan and the accounting system.
• Audit expense reports and respond to employee inquiries regarding policy, submissions, and credit card administration.
• Administer corporate credit cards, including applications, limit adjustments, and delinquency follow-up.
• Analyze data to identify trends, potential misuse, and policy adherence while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review vendor invoice allocations and oversee quarterly GP reimbursement file preparation, determining fund-level billbacks.
• Lead the migration from Navan to a new travel and expense platform, targeted for full implementation by the end of 2026.
• Support ad hoc GP accounting projects as needed.

• 4+ years of work experience in accounting
• Strong background in Travel and Expenses (T&E) and Intercompany Accounting
• Skilled in employee reimbursements, credit card transaction review, GL coding and account reconciliations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience utilizing Concur or similar T&E platforms
