We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support regulatory reporting, operational monitoring, and management reporting within a Capital Markets / Broker-Dealer environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of departmental data, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports and metrics.
- Support regulatory and audit inquiries related to CP activities.
- Assist with Monthly FOCUS Reporting (U.S.) and ongoing FINOP reporting initiatives.
- Perform daily monitoring of BPS user entry authorizations.
- Conduct controls testing for Financial Responsibility Rules (FRR) within BCS.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros), Word, and Power Point .
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
, or equivalent experience. - 1–3+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Broker-Dealer Operations.
- Experience in Capital Markets / Broker-Dealer operations
. - Knowledge of Broadridge platforms (BPS, Impact, Post Edge).
- Familiarity with SEA Rule 15c3-3 and CIRO 4311 (Possession & Control).
