Description:
The Business Control Office (BCO) has the responsibility to ensure the implementation of consistent risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across Group. The Control Design and Monitoring function is a central BCO function responsible for overall development and execution of 1st line control testing and monitoring program. The BCO Control Testing and Monitoring role will provide support in establishment of control monitoring routines and conduct control testing to maintain a strong control environment across Americas Division.

The position requires effective interaction with various Business Units to gain an understanding of the current process and controls for control testing and monitoring and help remediate any gaps/ findings. This position will help enhance the controls through process deep dives, root cause analysis, developing process maps and overall assistance with the design and execution of control effectiveness assessments.
