Enterprise Risk Consultant

• Develop and maintain operational risk management frameworks and enterprise risk programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback on policy updates associated with regulatory items requiring remediation.
• Drive value proposition and implement best practices across various business lines.
• Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to the first-line across all operational risk management activities.
• Collaborate with business experts to facilitate risk control self-assessments (RCSAs) and create key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned with identified risks.
• Produce action plans and report issues utilizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise risk or operational risk within capital markets
• Financial services, enterprise risk management, or finance background preferred
• Possess an assessment, process, and control-oriented mindset
• Experience with GRC tools, developing data-driven analysis, qualitative assessments, and analytical visualizations
