Regulatory Policy Director – Global Investment Banking Client
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Develop and interpret regulatory reporting policies and guidance
- Advise on U.S. regulatory and Basel requirements across multiple entities
- Review key reports (Y-9C, FFIEC 002, 2052a, Y-14, Y-15, FOCUS)
- Draft comment letters and engage with regulators and industry groups
- Assess regulatory impacts of new products/transactions
- Support Basel III Endgame implementations and cross-functional initiatives
- Deliver training and strengthen governance and controls
- Bachelor's degree; 8+ years regulatory policy or reporting experience
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. regulatory rules, and Client standards
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Capital rules expertise required; JFSA experience a plus
