We are seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing - Core Clearing Client Processing to join our Global Clearing Operations team, located in Jersey City, NJ
.

• Ensure seamless execution of client transactions within the Transaction Processing function, supporting BNY’s client‑centricity and operational efficiency pillars.
• Resolve complex day‑to‑day client issues, directing them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are executed.
• Apply advanced problem‑solving skills and judgment to analyze information and drive process improvements.
• Provide clients with information related to BNY products and services, representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies.
• Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Core Clearing systems.
• Handle complex external client issues, including servicing various programs, resolving operational issues, and product implementations.
• Responsible for cashiering of securities and processing of new issues, wire transfers, and security exchanges.
• Review and approve transactions through various workflows.
• Solve complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
• Participate in innovative product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure Global Clearing products continue to accurately and efficiently process high‑value transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Typically 7‑12 years of experience in transaction processing, client services, or related operational areas.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in transaction processing systems and a keen ability to leverage technology for process improvements.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 24 FINRA licenses preferred.
• Experience in DTC, Fed, or Non‑US market clearance and settlements operations preferred.
• Prior hands‑on experience with AI prompting and automation projects highly preferred.

Base salary is expected to be between $81,000 and $175,000 per year, determined on an individualized basis based on experience and market location. Additional compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and incentive packages as appropriate.
