Manager, Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting - Real Estate Fund

Our client, a private real estate fund manager focused on industrial assets, is seeking a Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. This role sits on the management company/portfolio finance side and owns the reporting, analysis, and control environment across management company entities. You’ll lead close and reporting cycles, deliver clear performance insights, coordinate audit and tax work streams, and help modernize processes using AI-driven tools and automation.

• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements for management company entities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close in partnership with internal teams and outsourced providers; improve timelines and accuracy.
• Analyze results versus budget/forecast/prior periods; surface drivers and deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
• Produce recurring KPI and performance reporting for internal and external audiences.
• Manage audit coordination and support compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Oversee tax and regulatory filing coordination across jurisdictions; ensure completeness and on-time submission.
• Maintain ESOP and promote/allocation data, including valuation inputs and reporting outputs.
• Strengthen internal controls and data integrity; implement technology to streamline workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong command of financial reporting, close processes, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work independently.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction tax filings (US and/or Israel) is a plus.
