• Hybrid - 3 days a week

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Work as part of a team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial services field.
• Learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once.
• Strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem-solving skills as well as be able to work independently.
• Finance operations experience is welcomed but not required.

• Monitoring mutual fund trade queues to ensure successful daily order processing; researching customer inquiries related to mutual fund trading, dividends, and corporate action posting.
• Processing exception trades when necessary.
• Supporting project initiatives and assisting teammates with QA testing; enforcing mutual fund trading rules and ensuring customers abide by the fund prospectus.
• Collaborating with other Operations stakeholders to provide a seamless mutual fund trading experience for clients.
