Overview

Hybrid 3 days a week
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED

• Monitoring mutual fund trade queues to ensure successful daily order processing
• Researching customer inquiries related to mutual fund trading, dividends, and corporate action posting
• Processing exception trades when necessary
• Supporting project initiatives and assisting teammates with QA testing
• Enforcing mutual fund trading rules and ensuring customers abide by the fund prospectus
• Collaborating with other Operations stakeholders to provide a seamless mutual fund trading experience for our clients

• Requires ability to work as part of a team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of the financial services field
• Must be able to learn quickly and engage in a number of detailed tasks at once
• Must have strong flexibility regarding duties assigned and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Experience with Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Finance operations experience is welcomed but not required
