Overview

Job Role - Operations Support;
Location - Jersey City, NJ;
Duration - 12 Months. Hybrid 3 days a week. Zoom meeting will be the interview process.
Bachelor's degree required

• Monitoring mutual fund trade queues to ensure successful daily order processing
• Researching customer inquiries related to mutual fund trading, dividends, and corporate action posting
• Processing exception trades when necessary
• Supporting project initiatives and assisting teammates with QA testing
• Enforcing mutual fund trading rules and ensuring customers abide by the fund prospectus
• Collaborating with other Operations stakeholders to provide a seamless mutual fund trading experience for clients

Requires ability to work as part of a team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of the financial services field. Must be able to learn quickly and engage in a number of detailed tasks t have strong flexibility regarding duties assigned and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.

• Experience with Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Finance operations experience is welcomed but not required
