WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Manager, CM Performance Management will assist in advising key Members of the COO leadership team; responsible for financial advisory, while building strong connectivity with the Business and Client Services business.
This role will require building strong connectivity with the COO Functions business with a primary focus on Business Client Services and align efforts to support their strategic initiatives and enhancing Finance's partnership; support continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in building CM Finance's capabilities to support CM's strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency as well as enabling strategic business decisions through financials analysis including investment / initiatives prioritization, staffing and asset planning.

- Support continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in building CM Finance's capabilities to support CM's strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency
- Enable strategic business decisions through financials analysis including investment / initiatives prioritization, staffing and asset planning

- Prepare financial insights for BCS commentary in the COO Leadership Operating Committee (SVP/VP) and BCS Operating Committee to enable strategic decisions on investments, hiring and cost management. This spans both departmental expenditures as well as financial insights and advisory to the group's interactions with other CM businesses on a recurring basis.
- Further enhance and build on Finance's internal capabilities in cost reporting to further proliferate learnings and best practices across CM Finance's Advisory teams.
- Building subject matter expertise on all cost lines and opportunities that can be used to further support cost saving initiatives.
- Perform select month end close activities.
Must have:
- Proficiency in excel
- Financial Modeling
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
- An understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;
