Role: Global Capital Markets – Business Analyst

Location: New Jersey / New York / Houston (Hybrid)

We are looking for Global Capital Markets domain expert (10+ years) who can work with stakeholders to design solutions, implement systems, and ensure adherence to global market standards to provide subject matter expertise in capital markets, covering trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years of experience in Global Capital Markets domain.
• Provide deep knowledge of capital markets products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX).
• Advice on market structures, trading workflows, and settlement processes.
• Stay updated on global regulations (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III).
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement trading and risk systems.
• Define functional requirements for capital markets platforms.
• Support integration of front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in implementing risk management strategies for market, credit, and liquidity risks.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes.
• Analyze market data for pricing and risk modeling.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Validate data quality and integrity across systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written), and ability to interact with and effectively address concerns
• Excellent prioritization, time management, analytical, and organization skills - able to determine
• Experience working in an Agile Environment, preferred

• Strong understanding of global capital markets and financial instruments.
• Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, Calypso, Murex).
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
