The Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) organization is responsible for all operations and asset services supporting the following DTCC businesses:
The Depository Trust Company (DTC), National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) – Government Securities Division (GSD) & Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD), Wealth Management Services (WMS), and Insurance & Retirement Services (I&RS). EBO's mission is to provide the Securities Industry with superior operations processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

Securities Processing Operations provides support for certificates that represent full-service assets held by DTCC's participants in the name of Cede & Co. Securities Processing also provides Custody Service where participants can outsource the handling and servicing of physical securities that are not or cannot be held through its regular depository service.

• Execute operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides while working at understanding and mastering knowledge of process.
• Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables meet procedures, metrics, and benchmarks; adheres to critical time frames and manages competing priorities.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately.
• Maintains a steadfast focus on meeting the needs and requests of internal and external clients, responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, engages actively in meetings, shows curiosity to learn and grow; accepts feedback and applies it to the role.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately.

• Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Works with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
