The Sports book CRM Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Caesars Sports book marketing strategy and CRM teams in executing the digital sports book customer communications plan. This position can be based in Las Vegas, NV or Jersey City, New Jersey.
How You Will Create The Extraordinary- Deploy and coordinate customer acquisition and retention messaging
- Coordinate pre-planned and live, in-the-moment messaging to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day execution of messaging material to maintain quality assurance
Validate all copy and graphic materials upon receipt - Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are deployed accurately and in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience
- Experience with in the Sports book or Casino industry preferred but not required
- Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Salesforce, Airship, Optimove, Wrike and other marketing products a plus
- Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required to adhere to Sports book customer needs with ability to cover weeknight and weekend shifts as required
- Experience working in a regulated industry a plus but not required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required Gaming Licenses
- Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of business acumen to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
- Experience executing business plans with digital/marketing counterparts
- Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Track record of working against deadlines
- Attention to detail and prioritization of accuracy
The salary range for this position is $42,950.30 - $88,222.25 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
