Position Overview
Toll International is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support the Engineering Project Delivery Division (EPD) role will coordinate budgets , schedules , and deliverables across a portfolio of engineering projects , ensuring alignment with the Agency’s Capital and Annual Operating Plans .
The Portfolio Manager will assist the Engineer of Projects (EOP) with capital plan development , project prioritization , feasibility assessments , and portfolio performance monitoring . This role requires strong leadership in project delivery , cost and schedule oversight , and collaboration with design , construction , and operational teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently , on time, and within budget .
