Our client, a leading organization in data‑driven solutions, is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineering Lead / Feature Lead (Solutions Engineer III) to join their team. As a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineering Lead / Feature Lead (Solutions Engineer III), you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jersey City, NJ OR New York, NY OR Addison, TX OR Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?- Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and translate them into scalable database‑based technical solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and design Oracle‑centric optimizations, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Gather and document functional, non‑functional, and technical requirements for incoming requests.
- Assist users and development teams with application testing, data validation, and troubleshooting Oracle/Vertica database processes.
- Document end‑to‑end processes, database procedures, workflow logic, and operational runbooks.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and data engineering.
- Proven experience leading offshore teams and client‑facing projects.
- Strong knowledge of database solutions including Oracle, Vertica, and MS SQL.
- Experience with Shell scripting, Python, and workload scheduling tools like Autosys.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
